HISTORY

Flysurfing also named kitesurfing or kiteboarding was born in France.

An outstanding progress was brought by the Legaignoux brothers when they invented the marine inflatable fender. They make blow a wind of freedom on kitesurfing.

Then in association with Etsushi Matsuo they created Wipika.

Some other brands tried the Kitesurfing adventure and brought their own known which hardly contributed in the development of Kitesurfing.

The boards' development was following with the Twin Tip which was invented by Franz Orly.

Since the kites and boards improvement, Kiteboarding never stop his development for our greater pleasure.

About Koh Samui Kite Boarding

Koh Samui Kiteboarding is the oldest kistesurfing school in Maenam.
Maenam is located in the north coast of Samui island
Koh Samui is an heaven island of the south of Thailand.
You could discover and learn kitesurfing safely and in dreaming conditions:

Dominique Chamonin is a French expatriate in Koh Samui since 1996.

He is an IKO* instructor level 2 and the owner of this familial club.

He is also a diving instructor for more than 10 years and he teaches windsurfing in Koh Samui.

He discovered kiteboarding when it wasn't developed in Thailand and he decided to create his kiteschool.
